The clear, fair terms behind every EUROMOTION rental.
These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of vehicles from EUROMOTION ("we", "us") at Agadir Al Massira Airport and across Morocco. By booking a vehicle you agree to these terms.
The main driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence issued at least 1 year before the rental. At pickup you must present: a valid passport (or national ID), your driving licence, and the booking confirmation. An International Driving Permit is recommended for licences not in the Latin alphabet.
EUROMOTION does not take a security deposit or place a pre-authorization hold on your card. You pay only the agreed rental price.
Every rental includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), theft protection and third-party liability. In the event of damage, your liability is limited to the deductible excess stated at booking (typically €400–€700 by category). Damage caused by negligence, off-road driving, wrong fuel, or breach of these terms is not covered and is fully chargeable.
Vehicles are provided full-to-full: you receive a full tank and return it full. Unlimited mileage within Morocco is included on all rentals.
Traffic fines, motorway tolls, and parking fees are the customer's responsibility. Fines incurred during the rental period remain payable by the renter.
24/7 roadside assistance is included. In case of accident, ensure safety, photograph the scene, contact us immediately on WhatsApp, and for injuries call 15 (ambulance) or 19 (police).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir.
