When you book, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, country, pickup/return dates, chosen vehicle, and any messages you send us. When you browse the site we collect standard technical data (IP-based country, device/browser type) via analytics.
Most communication happens over WhatsApp. Messages you send are used solely to handle your booking and support requests. Booking details may be stored in our secure internal system.
We use privacy-friendly analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand site usage, and a cookie to remember your language and currency preferences. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to operate (e.g. analytics, payment processor where applicable) and where required by law.
We keep booking records only as long as necessary for service and legal/accounting requirements, then delete them.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
